Fan of Knives: The cooldown has been removed. In addition, now deals 150% of weapon damage when used while daggers are equipped.

Yeah, that's been on test for quite awhile now. Makes it a viable AoE, especially for mutilate builds. Before with 1.3 speed weapons, there had to be a lot of crap on my screen to justify hitting FoK with it's high energy cost and no combo point gain. Supposedly, this change makes it at least somewhat viable at 3 or 4 targets.
Keep in mind, removing the cooldown still doesn't make it spammable by any means. I can hit it twice and then I'm dry. Still, it will make a difference on trash packs. With the current cooldown everything tends to die before it's up again, so it's kinda a one shot deal. Now I'll at least get a double tap out of it, possibly more. -------------------- ![]() Rule #37: There is no "overkill". There is only "open fire" and "I need to reload". |

So what your saying is that we need fewer AoE-able trash mobs? Actually I'm hearing offhand damage on it is bugged and making it pretty crazy right now. Guess we'll have to see.
